In order to give due consideration to the handling of all personal information, NDS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") has prescribed the following Privacy Policy and strives to protect personal information.
1.Management System
In addition to providing training on protecting personal information for all executives and employees engaged in the Company's operations, the Company establishes a liaison and personnel in charge of personal information at all departments that handle personal information in the Company's endeavors to properly manage personal information.

If the Company collects personal information, the Company clearly indicates the purpose of use and collects personal information within the scope necessary.
3.Usage of Personal Information
With regards to personal information provided to the Company, the Company uses said information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. If the Company uses personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use, the Company shall only do so upon making prior contact to provide notice on the purpose of use and obtaining consent.
4.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company shall not deposit or provide personal information the Company has been provided to a third party unless the Company receives consent, or unless the Company is required to do so out of a legal obligation imposed by a public institution or other such entity in accordance with a law or regulation. Furthermore, even if the Company receives consent, the Company shall, in the event that personal information is disclosed to, deposited with or provided to a third party other than the Company, make arrangements with said third party concerning the protection of personal information and endeavor to make all efforts to protect personal information.
5.Personal Information Disclosure, Correction, Termination of Use, etc.
If the Company is requested to disclose, correct, terminate use or otherwise handle personal information, the Company shall respond promptly once contact is made with the Company's liaison.
6.Safety Measures for Personal Information
In order to protect the personal information kept with the Company from loss, destruction, unauthorized divulsion outside the Company, tampering and unauthorized access, the Company shall take firm safety measures.
7.Improvements and Reforms to the Privacy Policy
While adhering with the applicable laws, regulations, rules and so forth that concern personal information, the Company shall, as necessary, review the actions in the preceding paragraphs and improvements.
