The Company provides personal information protection training to all officers and employees engaged in its operations. In addition, we place information desk and responsible persons in departments that handle personal information, and strive to ensure the proper management of personal information.

Telephone conversations with customers may be recorded for the purpose of accurately understanding orders, opinions, requests, and inquiries, and for improving our services in the future.

If a user requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or other handling of personal information, the Company shall respond promptly upon receiving notice through the Company’s designated contact points.

The Company shall implement appropriate and reasonable security measures to protect personal information entrusted to the Company from loss, destruction, unauthorized external disclosure, falsification, and unauthorized access.

Review and improvement of the Personal Information Protection Policy

The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to personal information, and shall periodically review and improve the measures described above.
